Read lots of reviews before buying a mattress online. This was pretty much the only "plush" mattress with decent reviews. This mattress is for my 3 year old son so I was looking for something a little more plush since he's smaller. I was worried something more firm would be uncomfortable. This is very plush, myself and my husband both laid on it and sunk in pretty good. I would be surprised if this mattress lasts with regular use by an adult, IMO. The mattress was fairly heavy and came rolled in plastic. Once unwrapped it plumped up very fast. Some reviews say to wait 72hrs but I don't think that's necessary, we used it the day of delivery. The mattress did not have a strong smell like others mentioned. It also did NOT fit perfectly in the full frame per other reviewers, however once we got the sheets and comforter on and tucked in it didn't really matter. Again this is passable for a child's bed, I would probably be more picky if it was for an adult. Mostly because it is so soft I can't imagine it keeping it's form for very long. ... show more

Normally, the best thing about your purchase is not the return of the product. I loved the product but it did not fit my frame. It was a mistake to assume a twin bed mattress fit my twin bed frame. I was so disappointed as the mattresses were delivered exactly as they were supposed to be. Early, in fact. And I was so looking forward to a good night's sleep, as we had already purchased this mattress in Queen and King size, and we LOVE them. So I had to return the Twins. Boo hoo! But the company was amazing and took excellent care of us. Amazon, I had a bit of trouble with but once I connected with the actual company, it was a dream. Ordered this mattress when we got a new bedroom suit. We had a somewhat firm mattress before this and wanted a change so we ordered plush and I thought Id never say this but, IT'S TOO SOFT. I am a stomach sleeper, and cannot comfortably sleep on my stomach anymore because of the way it sink your mid-body downward, making you feel like the bottom half of a circle. Its very soft and comfortable to sit on, but you cannot lay anything on it that you aren't willing to have move of fall over. This is our own fault for buying a softer mattress and not knowing what to expect, BUT when I contacted the company to see about switching it out for a little more firm mattress, they told me that I'd have to "suck the air" back out of it, put It back in its ORIGINAL box, and pay for my own shipping to send it back!!! Uhm what? First off, I wish I would have ordered from Amazon directly since they have a policy of return for mattresses unwanted and will send someone out to pick it up out of pure convenience and customer care.. Secondly, someone please explain to me how to suck the air back out of a mattress in order to fit it back into a box that was only 5 ft by 1 ft? Third, that would have cost me at least 150$ to send back. I just wish his company had better customer service skills and at least pretended to care or granted me some sort of credit, maybe so I could have purchased a firm mattress topper or something to off-set the softness... but no. ... show more
