The bench piece is broken, all the way through the bracket piece that attaches the bench seat to the bottom. When attempting to get a replacement, Ashley stated they cannot help with Amazon purchase. Seller should be sending a replacement piece or providing a full refund. Very disappointed and frustrated as this would have been a beautiful piece :( ... show more
