The price we got on this furniture is fantastic, but it took 10 days longer to arrive than was promised. After delivery, they looked like the pictures so they are not fully assembled. Hopefully it is quick and easy to put the parts together. Update: Assembly took 10 minutes. The backs slide onto rails and click into place. For the electric, it required two plugs and a few zip ties. Very simple. ... show more

I purchased this exact model sofa from a local Ashley store. It works and looks great, but ours has a very strong chemical odor, indicative of voc's (Google VOC). The odor was so strong, we had to remove it from the living room and put it in the garage, where it is still airing out. This is a good sofa if you can tolerate the chemical smell. ... show more
