For the value this desk is great. It's big but not too big. It easily is assembled and can be taken apart again. I'm disabled and don't drive, so when I move I need furniture that breaks down easier to transport how I can. I once moved some of my stuff a mile away by a push dolly. I didn't have that desk then but this would easily break back down to fit on the dolly if I need to again. Makes moving easier. Frame is super sturdy. I feared buying a desk like this without any extra support bar in the back, but since this is metal frame it really doesn't need one. It stays strong and doesn't rock back and forth at all. The desk came well packaged. It had plastic covers to keep the corners from being damaged during shipping. Putting it together was a breeze. Took me roughly 10 minutes to assemble. I wanted to use the desk for a while before writing this review. To make sure it was sturdy and didn't squeak. So far it's held up to my expectations. The reason I have to deduct a star. Is due how to fragile the the wood laminate is. While plugging in some cables into my PC. I lost grip of the HDMI cable. It fell less than 2 feet onto the desk. Where it scratched some of the laminate. It's a very small scratch. I was able to cover it up with a black sharpie. I can't even see it now. Also, the style I chose was the espresso model. The pics on Amazon make it look like the metal frame has a slight polished metal look. It's actually more of a dull gray. Would of preferred a more metallic look. Overall though. I'm quite pleased with my purchase. Just be careful with setting things on the desk. It scratches easy. ... show more

The first pic I’ve posted of the thumbnail has a warmer wood tone, which I thought I was ordering. I mistakenly took the thumbnail photo as the actual product, which was not the case here. Also now by posting these photos I realize that the one I thought I ordered is completely different than the others advertised here. Easy to assemble, the instructions were in clear English, it's sturdy and looks nice. I just wish the floors in our old house were completely flat so it sat flush against my other computer desk. I got this desk in the light Oak color. I am loving it. great cable management holes. I was worried that the size might not be enough for a 32" monitor, but it accommodates that and 2 laptops to the side as well. the depth of the desk, front-to-back is just right. It fits perfectly in my home office. One thing to note: the free-moving monitor arm I ordered from Ergear to attach to my desktop monitor and clamps to the desk was not able to have enough clearance space to clamp onto the desk since the metal beam attached on the bottom frame is in the way. The clamp needs like 2-3" and the one I got just couldn't attach since I would need like 4-5" clearance to go over the beam, if you can follow my thought visual... you would need a desk that's thin enough like this one BUT with no metal beam frame thingy on the long sides that support ot. A bit of bummer there, had to return the arm... but the monitor stand that came with mine works fine for the height I need it to be at eye level. ... show more

So i receive damaged goods, contact seller get advised to contact Amazon. So first run around. One I get customer support on phone, they offered replacement, which is good but I have no means to tape up flimsy box, nor any way to transport to ups store etc. I got offered 10 bucks, like they don't know how much a box cost now those days... SWT reached out to me and made it right, they send me the replacement free of charge with no return of the broken part. so i can say they did it right after all respect. ... show more
