I was stunned at the sound of this microphone. It was crystal clear and it was hard to tell I was speaking over the sound system and not standing next to you. I loved the quality of the sound & clarity in the room I was using it in. The reason for the low rating is the fit of the headset. It was so painful that it took days for the tender spots to go away. The earpieces are wide and don't work well with glasses. Add headphones and the pressure on the head is unbearable. It's supposed to be adjustable, but it kept slipping back to the smallest setting. The manual that comes with it is fairly useless and doesn't really go into any detail on how to adjust or secure the expansion in the width of the frame of the headset. The other issue was that I have long curly hair and was a major project to get onto my head without getting tangled in my hair. I'm really disappointed with the design of the frame of this headset. ... show more
