I got this fabric intending to use it for some masks for myself and maybe my daughter. I have not been able to find fat quarters in black and white prints like these that I liked enough to purchase, so I decided to take a chance. When I purchased this bundle, there were only a couple reviews, and neither with much useful info besides that the fabric is thin. So I thought, for the insanely low price and potentially long wait, I'd give it a shot. It took 2 months to arrive from China. In that time, there were many more reviews, mostly saying things like "DISINTEGRATED IN THE WASH!" "TOTAL GARBAGE!" "ALL COLOR FADED AFTER WASHING!" Which... were hilarious. But I took heed... When my fabric finally arrived I opened it right up and laughed my butt off because 2 months travel time did not make it smell less like paint upon arrival. I hand washed the fabric in cold water using Woolite for Darks and I hung it up to dry. It didn't unravel into a ball of thread, and it didn't bleed or lose color whatsoever, but I *am* glad that I hand washed it... because whooooo boy... this fabric is definitely thin. Some of the "fat quarters" were cut so poorly that I was missing almost a third of the expected cut. But overall, using interfacing on all pieces, the fabric worked fine for *NON MEDICAL* personal masks. I still think these are the cutest black and white prints I've seen. But I would probably not re-purchase, if only because the wait was not worth the quality of the fabric. But if any of you can find a bundle of 7 fat quarters for $10 with the quality you were hoping for, please for the love of sewing enthusiasts everywhere: share your sources! I have a pic of the fabric unwashed, straight out of the bag, one of the wet fabric after hand washing, one pic of the worst cut piece of the bunch, and a pic of two of the potential 15+ masks I will be making for myself. Hope this review was more helpful than "BURN IT ALL DOWN THIS CHEAP FABRIC IS CHEAP!" :D Yeah, it was inexpensive... you definitely get what you pay for!

I realize that I was getting quilting quarters but the photo was misleading. I thought I was getting more fabric than I got. I don't do quilting - I was buying the fabric for something else. Overall, it's nice material but remember to read the details before ordering and if I remember correctly I don't think the description described the exact amount either. Keeping the product so I'm somewhat ok with it.

White is a little bit off white but that is okay for my project. Fabric is somewhat lightweight but not entirely sheer. Prints are nice and crisp with no bleed. Came with some cute little hot pink buttons as a free gift. Nice touch.

these pieces are very small and this material, I feel I would have gotthom these tiny pieces for a few cents at Walt mart.
