We bought 3 different colors of these suitcase sets for our kids. They all like them. My daughter was very happy with her pink suitcases. On her first trip to Europe with just the large suitcase, Aegean Airlines looses her luggage for her entire 7 day trip. 59 days later, back in Ohio, her suitcase shows up with the bottom of the suitcase damaged and unusable. All contents were still safe inside the suitcase. Damage to the suitcase was probably done by the Airline which is why they took their time returning it to her and making it difficult to make a claim with them from the USA. Contacted the seller, SHOOKOO Direct (via Facebook messenger) regarding the warranty and sent them pictures of the damaged suitcase. They contacted me back almost immediately, and they arranged to ship me a new suitcase to replace the damaged one. That simple.

I bought in 09/2022 and used 28” suitcase for first time and one side of one of the double wheels broke off. Very disappointed because I really like suitcase. Have picture but can’t post on here. Need to use for trip in December so have to buy new one and cannot buy a single 28” of this brand. Only comes in sets. Follow up review for broken missing wheel. I contacted Showkoo Direct (on FB messenger) and they answered quickly and are sending me a replacement wheel and sent a video on how to change it out- very simple.This is outstanding customer service and I will buy their luggage again and recommend to family and friends. Thanks and God bless you Showkoo Direct. Five stars deserved for sure!

The 3 piece Showkoo luggage makes a great travel companion. The build quality is study with hard molded outer casings, sturdy handles, quality zippers, and a built in TSA locking system. The interior has plenty of room along with a divided zipper section. One of the best items on this luggage are the wheels. I recently took a trip and had to roll my luggage across multiple surfaces (e.g. concrete parking deck, rough/smooth tile, thick hotel carpet, and hardwood flooring). The luggage rolled and swiveled effortlessness from surface to surface regardless of pulling in 4 wheels or pushing on all 8 wheels. The quality remains constant and is duplicated in all 3 pieces of this luggage. Another great selling point is the vast array of color choices. I chose “OD Green” in remembrance of my military service.

What better place for luggage test than in the airport on a holiday weekend? The luggage was easy to maneuver. I was in a wheelchair so my son was responsible for my walker plus my carry-on. The 28 inch piece of luggage was checked and so it got thrown around in the luggage department. It came out without a scratch. It looked as new when we got home as when we left the 20 inch piece was easy for him to maneuver along with my walker yes, I would recommend it to my friends.

This set has traveled with me across country multiple times in the last 6 months and other than the normal airport scuffs they are exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. Update They are sending me a replacement wheel. I was really hopeful this would last me a little while based on reviews. When I first received it the interior had a terrible smell, almost chemical or smoke like. Decided I would try to put some baking soda inside for a week to try and make it better, unfortunately it still had a light scent and my clothes smelt like it too. But I had them and already had some trips planned so couldn't wait to return and get a new set. Made my first trip and it was ok other than the scuffs I expected from a white suitcase and of course the smell in my clothes. Once I made my second trip I am rolling it into my hotel and struggling for it to move. The wheel on the large suitecase had broke so I couldn't roll it anymore. Needless to say it made the trip home very difficult. I sent seller feedback through Amazon but no one has responded. I was hopeful the company would make it right but they haven't. Buyer beware, I overlooked other reviews complaining about the smell and definitely didn't expect poor quality.

I like that I can maneuver all 3 pieces in my own without tipping or straying. I also like that one side of the inside zips up and holds clothes in place. Very roomy luggage. It also didn’t weigh as much as I thought it would. I love it! Why didn’t I buy new luggage sooner?

I have been searching for new luggage that is just perfect, and had already returned 2 different sets I bought elsewhere. Either the wheels were too hard to maneuver, the zippers too hard to pull or shoddy workmanship. Not these! The wheels glide effortlessly, the bags feel well put together. The lining material seems sturdy, and the inside pockets are well done. I haven't filled them yet, or handed them over to the airline, but so far? So good.
