One thing I don't understand about this is that I'm not sure what the lock does. I tested it on one of the suitcases and I was still able to open it up with the zipper. So what is it locking. The description says that is easier for others to open it up without damaging your suitcase but it doesn't stop the zipper from rolling back and forth, I'm confused. The suitcases are great. I love how easy they turn while pulling them. We had a small issue with one of them ripping on the top pocket. We contacted them and they are replacing it with a new one. Great customer service.

    • Outside pocket Zipper got ripped off by baggage Handlers

I love this luggage but the outside zippers need beefing up if they are going to withstand the baggage handler abuse at the airport. I recently went on a trip and the( middle size) bag arrived on the baggage carousel with the large pocket flap open and the zipper completely ripped off.

the suitcases are much deeper than the set I had, I love the spinners and will be using 2 of the pieces in April and May. The carry on for above the seat compartment seems to be shorter than my other, but again, it is much deeper, lot of storage spaces on all of them great value
