After taking 2 trips with a set (coffee) we bought a month ago, we bought this 2nd set (Blue). We liked both colors. The only surprise was the handle at the bottom. It's a solid plastic part (may also double as a guard when going up steps) and has a thin edge that can cut into your hand. It is only used to rotate the bag to put on a table or bed. The wheels rolled well on multiple surfaces and attached well. These bags are a little deeper at the bottom to help with balance and keep them from falling over The bags are as rugged as any other soft side case and a great value for the price.

Overall, this is a nice set of luggage! The 3 pieces nest inside of each other to save space. The army green color is nice and subtle, but helps to differentiate it from all the black luggage in the world. The luggage is sturdy and light, and the wheels roll smoothly and are easy to maneuver. My only complaint is that the handles drop back in too easily. I'll be walking along, pushing my luggage on all 4 wheels with the handle up, and it will just drop unexpectedly. Even if I don't push the button at all, the handles will drop. It's a minor inconvenience, but it is annoying, hence only 4 stars instead of 5.

This set is holding up well, the wheels roll very smoothly, it has handles in all the right places for lifting, and it was a great price. The only weird thing is the cover opens backwards compared to all of my previous suitcases so when I set it on the bed to open it up, I always have it backwards and I have to flip it around lol also, the zippered inside netting area is half the size of any previous suitcases I’ve had. Overall, this is a very nice set.

This is a nice luggage set. I had to return the first set I purchased because one of the zipper heads was completely off when I took the plastic off of the small suitcase. I contacted the maker, like the flyer in the luggage said to, and they offered to send me a zipper to put on the suitcase. I told them that I didn't want to replace the zipper and asked for a new small suitcase, which they said they couldn't send. When I told them I had initiated a return through Amazon, they asked me not to return the suitcases and offered me $30. Amazon replaced the whole suitcase set. The suitcases do have a pretty strong chemical smell when you open them, but once they start to air out it goes away.

This is sturdy luggage, been on three cruises and a few flights with it and it’s in good shape. The TSA approved locks were easy to set. The color is a little different and helps it stand out when retrieving it from a baggage carousel.

So far so good. We needed a new set and I still can't bring myself to do hard sided. It did have a strong chemical smell but aired out easily. They were a bit hard to get apart, doesn't stack inside as easily as our old set. I suspect because of the wheel style. Rolled easily and once down on the ground it moved easily. It is heavy once packed. I saw some reviews that mentioned poor zippers, no problem so far.
