I ordered two brands, a Samsonite and a Showkoo. The Samsonite was a true 28 inch, the showkoo fell short by 4 inches. I like the quality wheels and the sturdiness of the hard shell. It has a TSA lock on it, but the zipper to close the suitcase keeps getting stuck, leading me to believe it may break on any given trip, and the straps to keep the clothes in place don’t work. The elastic is too flimsy and all my clothes fell out as soon as I opened it while still fastened. I contacted the seller about the size concern and have to say, I was very impressed by their customer service. They replied to my concern and offered to make it right in all fairness. I ended up keeping it as a backup suitcase as they suggested. After all the manufacturer kinks are worked out, It’s possible I may purchase another, if or when needed. Over all not a bad purchase.
