I ordered two brands, a Samsonite and a Showkoo. The Samsonite was a true 28 inch, the showkoo fell short by 4 inches. I like the quality wheels and the sturdiness of the hard shell. It has a TSA lock on it, but the zipper to close the suitcase keeps getting stuck, leading me to believe it may break on any given trip, and the straps to keep the clothes in place don’t work. The elastic is too flimsy and all my clothes fell out as soon as I opened it while still fastened. I contacted the seller about the size concern and have to say, I was very impressed by their customer service. They replied to my concern and offered to make it right in all fairness. I ended up keeping it as a backup suitcase as they suggested. After all the manufacturer kinks are worked out, It’s possible I may purchase another, if or when needed. Over all not a bad purchase. I have not used this suitcase yet, so I cannot comment on the durability. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars for that also. I love the color. Will definitely be able to spot it when dozens of black suitcases are coming around the conveyer belt. Ordered this suitcase twice. First one sent back because the pull handle was broken. Second one is in good shape. Handle and all zippers work. Worry that wheels might break off but all is good right now. (that happened at the airport with another suitcase) Really like the red color!

I loved the various pockets for organizing and the fact that the hard-sided luggage is very durable. I was disappointed in the security system. The instructions were inadequate, so I ended up using another lock I already had. Please provide more detailed instructions.

Purchased in April and just used in June. I had to check it with Delta- and it survived. Minor scratches but wheels, zippers and handle stilled worked great. Carry on with Southwest and American Airlines and fit perfectly. Nice size. Used the TSA locks. Easy to use and change code. The inside zipper areas were helpful to keep things organized.
