I rarely, if ever, take baths, preferring showers. I have tried numerous different shower scent products and for the most part have been disappointed. I almost did not buy this one because I didn't want to waste money on another product that made promises it didn't deliver. This brand is by far the best I've used and I'm happy to report it does deliver on every promise. The scent is strong - especially when you steam up the shower space according to the instructions. It also has some ingredient that helps open and clear the sinuses. I subsequently purchased the lavender and citrus scents and am just as pleased with those though the citrus is my least favorite of the three. I get two showers out of each block as long as I keep them out of the main flow of water (as the instructions indicate). I find this product to be well worth the money, especially compared to what I have paid for others that don't perform nearly as well. I really enjoy Breathe bc I love to breathe lol. As a professional singer it's really important to warm up and my favorite way is to do my vocal exercises in the shower. When I use these with it everything feels cozy and clear. My husband loves using these to relax after working at his job at the mine; they help him release all the tension in his muscles as breathing is the first step in healthy living. <3 TY for existing. This is an amazing product. Bought them for the wife and boy does it work. The scent really smacks you in the face which is what I love. It really helps clear up your sinuses too. Only bummer is it only lasts so long. I don’t know how others are able to get away with more than one shower while we’re already crumbling ours after a 10-15 minute shower. I even tuck it in a corner so that it won’t get soaked. Nonetheless I highly recommend this item and get the larger pack while you’re at it! ... show more

I used this for the first time in the shower last night. At first everything was going great and it was working really well. Then it really kicked into over time. I’m someone who can easily get a bad headache from smells that are too strong and this did exactly that. Spent the rest of the night laying in a dark room. i live in a dorm and i was scared this was gonna make the entire communal bathroom smell like citrus (even though that’s not a bad things some people may be sensitive). My friend recommended to try this after I got sick in December and boy was this a refresher... Placed it on the shower floor and thought it was a gimmick, but boy was I in for a surprise... Nice after a long day at work. I placed the little cube up on the side of the tub on my soap dish where the water will splash but not flow to dissolve the steamer completely. I'm 2 showers in & it should be done after a 3rd. Once it's open & sitting out in the shower, the entire bathroom smells like the scent. It's a bit strong but it's good enough to open up my sinuses when they feel tight and dry after working at the hospital all day. I don't know if the price is right for these but it's worth a try if you can use them for multiple showers like I have. ... show more
