I ordered 2 so I can move the liner independently from the decorative shower curtain. The rods are a nice metal, strong enough for the curtains but not too heavy to need assistance for install. The black color is a nice matte which is what I wanted. The rod arrives in pieces which allows for compact packaging. The assembly instructions are mostly illustrations, not words but very easy to follow. I used the adhesive backing on the wall mounts together with rod tension. I really like using the wall mounts/brackets because I could accurately measure and set the mount position prior to extending the tension on the rods. I've had it up a few weeks now and it is working really well so far. It holds the weight of the curtains and a few shower accessories with no sign of strain so far. The only issue I see is that the adhesive backing is slightly larger than the wall mounts. If you use the adhesive pads you may want to trim them before sticking to the mounts if you're concerned about the esthetics. I don't mind too much which is why I still gave it a 5.

Nice this was easy to assemble I would just note that it comes in pieces it’s not a whole rod you do have to put it together depending on how long your shower is.

I really like this curtain rod it was a little strange when I took it out of the box to put it together, I put to many pieces together to fit my shower and you have to make sure you place your holders properly the first time because they are extremely sticky!! Then push the rod into it after the rod is extended. You have to twist the very end of the rod to tighten. It is a very nice curtain rod and I even bought a second to use in a different room.

I am so happy about this. I live in a small apartment and I do have a green den porch to walls our screen and to our concrete. No washer and dryer so I wash a light items out by hand and we're not allowed to have a clothesline so I use this and it works great and the length is perfect. When I have a lesser amount I'm able to remove one piece and it is the length of my bathtub then so I use it as a drying rod. Thank you.
