Keeps you warm, but not in cold waters far below 70°F. Size runs large, so go one size smaller than recommended. If in between, go 2 sizes down. Suit is not sealed, so water will leak in. For this reason, I would only wear this in waters warmer than ~70°F. I replaced the first one I got because the collar was folded/wrinkled, but it turns out that’s just how they ship.
