I have missing accessory parts half way through building the desk, and the only way to contact their support is through a phone number that no one answers. It’s too big and heavy to manage the return shipping. I’m going to have to find similar parts at a local hardware store.

I was expecting a "you get what you pay for" type situation, but I was very surprised at the quality and packaging. Everything in the box was very well protected. Assembly was extremely easy and pretty quick, it took me about 45 minutes while watching TV. Each piece was heavy and looked/felt high quality. Things took a turn once I assembled the 2 piece top. No matter how hard I held the two pieces together, they never joined properly. There was always a gap that you couldn't close up. That being said, once fully assembled the motor was very quiet and way smoother than I anticipated. It's a shame the two piece top didn't work out like it should because everything else was really great. I ended up keeping it because of the hassle of disassembly and repackaging. While the desk is good quality, just know that you may have issues with the two piece top joining like it should without a gap. ... show more
