Honestly I cant say anything bad about this dresser. It took me about an hour to put together by myself, but I am a single mom who has lots of experience putting together furniture by myself. The directions were super easy to follow, everything was labeled, and the metal slides for the drawers were already attached which was my favorite thing to make sure everything went the right direction haha. The drawers are smaller but my 11 year old was able to fit her over abundance of clothes perfectly fine! Drawers slide smooth, and it looks super cute it doesnt look cheap ... show more

This chest of drawers assembled easily and is sturdy. The drawers open & close properly. The overall look is perfect for our guest bedroom. Because it is for houseguests, this chest of drawers will receive only occasional light use; it is a nice option for guests who wish to unpack.

Buyer beware of Shintechi. Dresser is just ok. Instructions, good. Material, lightweight . 2 of the drawer rails were broken so I tried to reach out to Shintechi for customer service but every time I hit the link to their customer service portal, I kept getting warnings that my iPhone was either hacked or a Trojan was now in my phone. So I backed out and decided to go to Lowe’s for a replacement part for $7. A bit annoying but this experience concerns me about ever doing business with Shintechi again. Very sketchy. ... show more
