Nice packaging - box w/ set wrapped in a ribbon & inside a sealed plastic bag. Nice look. Threw it all in the wash (cold as directed) & made the bed. No defects for me, as others have reported. Fitted sheet has elastic that feels flimsy & weak. While pulling the corners on, the sheet slides along the elastic as opposed to stretching the sheet, if you follow me on that. Just a off-feel to it. Fit is good & doesn't feel too hot but we'll see in a.few months. I much prefer cold sheets when I hit the rack but these are soft enough where it's not a problem yet. What is a problem is the crazy pilling they have. I'm a light sleeper so the pills make me feel itchy - not the material but the pills. Other reviews have said they minimize after a few washes so I guess time will tell. My 1st microfiber sheets & other than the pilling & funky elastic on the fitted sheet, it's not too bad of a set. The king price was right... [EDIT Apr 23:] After a few washes, the pilling has seemed to slow down greatly but a few threads letting loose here & there. Warmer nites lately making them feel to be a warmer set of sheets than I'll like in the summer. Still nice & comfy tho'. Added a star to review.

I love the feel and color of these sheets! However they wrinkle pretty bad so if you have guests coming, better buy a more wrinkle free set of sheets or iron these. They are warm and feel good. Just wrinkles too much.

These are nicer than I expected! The fit is excellent for my older pillowtop mattress; they were very soft even before washing. Nice pattern that matches my colors pretty well (as the only person left not decorating my house in grey & white). Good value, especially if they hold up for a few years, which they feel, so far, like they will.

These are far worse quality than other sheet sets I've bought on Amazon for less money. The seams on the pillowcases are not straight so they are twisted and rumpled looking. And the fabric is kinda scratchy and not as heavy or thick as you'd expect with such a high thread count. I didn't realize about the pillowcases until I washed the first time or else I'd have returned these. These are probably worth about half the price Edit: took off another star now that I've actually made my bed. They're almost too small for the standard queen mattress AND they don't have those "top/bottom" tags that I usually on sheets at this price point. Never buying again
