This thing shipped quickly and only took a week to arrive. I think it was 5 days. it arrived in one large box, packaged well. Assembly was easy, you just slide the back on plus the 2 shoulder pieces and plugin a few air hoses to them. The remote took some getting used to. It seems very "foggy" until we realized there was a really thin layer of plastic that needed to be removed from the LCD. Out of the box, the massager at the base of the chair - lower spine area- was a little too hard. It was easy to fix. Went to Walmart, got some foam padding and put a single layer in the back of the chair. It was so easy because the backrest unzips and you can customize. Highlights: Low entry-level pricing, quality materials, thick leather / vinyl and shiny plastic. There are two types of massage: 1st type = Rollers. Neck, Back, Feet. 2nd type = AIR Squeeze and Release calf, hip,hands / arms, hamstring, shoulders finally, the chair has heating and zero gravity recline, you can adjust up or down but the feet and back work together and not separately.

I had my reservations about this chair because you always hear you get what you pay for but my man has been more than pleased with this Christmas present! The chair looks nice and applies just the right amount of pressure for me. I can't do the foot massage part because I'm so ticklish but everything else is amazing. I especially love the forearm pressure massage. Feels so good on my carpal tunnel arms!! Other people have had delivery issues but the only problem I had was not getting accurate tracking info. If you're patient, they will call and schedule a time with you! Chair came in one large box and one medium box. I put the chair together myself while he was at work with no issues. The only assembly concern was, I wasn't sure I had the air hoses attached right because they didn't go all the way up to meet the nozzle (it was too hard to push them all the way on). But everything works just fine so I must have done it right. Overall, this chair has been the best gift money could buy!

Pros: 1) Price - I have been looking to buy Full Body Shiatsu Massage chair past few years and this chair price is the best I've seen. There are cheaper ones still, but comparing apple to apple, this is the best price I can find so far. 2) Well made - All the pieces that we had to attach to the main chair, all fit great without too much difficulty. 3) It gives a good massage. Some Shiatsu massage roller can dig into your body that it can hurt, but this massage chair isn't too bad. If you are not used to Shiatsu, you may want to put thin foam mat; i.e. Yoga mat, between the roller and the back cushion. 4) Many massage settings to choose from. Cons: 1) Size: This doesn't have a choice for the body size. Example: I am short (5'1"), so my feet don't touch the bottom of the foot massaging unit, thus I can't get my foot massage. My husband is 6' tall med build. This chair fits him perfectly width wise. So, if anyone has the large build, this chair maybe too tight, thus it can be uncomfortable. especially when airbag starts to push your body from all directions. 2) It takes too much room. Even though this is rather a small size massage chair, you can not put this chair against the wall. When choosing 'down' or "Zero Gravity" settings, the chair starts to open to a flat position. When it is at a flat position, the length is approx 6 feet from the top of the chair to end of the foot. So, you'll need at least 2.5' to 3' away from the wall to set the chair. I guess you can put right against the wall and move them out each time you need to use the chair, but that is not going to work for me since I get on the chair too often. I have this chair in my home office, which is approx 10' x 12' size room. This chair takes about 1/2 of the room (maybe little less). I have a recliner in my family room and the chair swing and glide to forward when I select 'zero gravity' settings, so I can put it against the wall without any problem. I wish this massage chair reclines the same way; swing and glide forward, rather than open like a scissor. 3) It is not easy to move. You can push down at the top of the chair (backside) and set the chair on the back wheel (push the chair at about 45 degree angle), it rolls too easy on hard wood floor to the point, it is out of control. For same task, it is impossible to roll it on the carpet. Quite the opposite, it doesn't roll at all. 4) Manual/Instruction: It is poorly written. It is confusing and the steps to install doesn't have the clear illustration. Assembly these pieces; chair-cushion seat, back, shoulder pieces and the arm rest, it shouldn't take long if the instruction is clear. But it was a frustrating experience to follow the instruction/manual. We ended up installing without the manual. Even all the issues that I face with this chair, I would still recommend this to anyone looking for massage chair without spending lots of money. The issues that I mentioned above may not apply to everyone. So, It is still a good buy for full body shiatsu massage chair. Added note: 8/13/2017 I tried to move this chair out of my home office to the other extra bedroom, it won't go through the door. I have a standard size door. Even takes the door out of the hinge and the chair's width is too wide. I didn't realize this since I assembled the arm pieces in the office. So, I ended up disassemble one arm out and move the chair. It wasn't too hard to disassemble the arm piece, but nonetheless, if I knew this ahead of the time, I would give more thoughts on where to keep this chair. Just FYI

I've only had this chair for a few days but so far it's great! I'm short...about 5'1" and I had hoped to find a smaller massage chair but couldn't find one with very good ratings so I decided that my height didn't matter as much as the ratings. I assumed it was a regular recliner as well as a massage chair but IT'S NOT. BTW, it doesn't just recline back 'without massage' so that you can relax to watch TV; unless I just don't know how to do that. For the first time yesterday, I sat in the chair & pushed the 'ON' button to see what it would do. In a second it began it's massage on my back, neck & shoulders...then the arms & lower legs were squeezed with the perfect strength of air pressure, which I LOVED! When it's back all the way the rollers massaged my feet and it was GREAT! I was delighted to check a few of the other buttons and it felt like heaven. The only function I won't use again was the 'stretch' button. It held my short arms in place while the chair reclined so I had to remove my arms from the original position or it would have pulled my arms too much. Also, after a couple of minutes of massage your body naturally warms a bit. The design of the chair is very nice; not extremely ornate or futuristic looking but elegant & classy. It's black leather & it couldn't look any better. You can wipe spills easily too. I needed to have two strong people here to carry it up the few steps & into the house because the delivery people have rules not to come inside, so plan on that if you order these heavy chairs.
