The color of this paint is much lighter than the cap would indicate, even after drying time. If you don't need a very specific shade, it's fine. Sharpie is usually quite good at matching color to the cap, but missed wide for this color.

    • Faded very badly
I wanted to try out the "write on a ceramic dish and bake it so it becomes permanent" idea that I saw floating around Pinterest. I read several different opinions and comments from other people that had tried this. I bought a selection of several different types of Sharpie markers/paint pens then wrote all over a plate with each one. After baking the plate as directed I put the plate through a cycle in my dish washer. This color of this paint pen faded to a completely different shade! I was very disappointed! It did not even hold up as well as some of the old fashioned Sharpie markers! And believe me, this was a LOT more expensive than those markers. ... show more
