These are shark wheel juniors. That aside the bearings are crap and will need replaced almost right away. The board itself though is good for young children but teens and adults alike should look elsewhere. Not overly impressed.

If your kids don't have another skateboard, maybe don't start with this one. The wheels on this are weird and give a wobble feel. That can be a lot of fun.

This is a fun little skateboard, great for kids or some casual sidewalk surfing. It is a penny board after all and not some high performance purpose built shred-sled. However, for a penny board the trucks are a bit upgraded, and obviously the wheels are much better than what you would find on a regular penny board. I gave it 4-stars as the pivot cups in the trucks started to shred after a very short time. I feel like if you are going to upgrade the wheels, why not toss some better urethane in the pivots/bushings? The shark wheels work well enough in this circumstance - they definitely help getting you over rough pavement, small twigs, and the occasional pebble. The bearings felt decent as well, and I was able to get sufficient speed. This skateboard would be best suited for a younger or casual rider, or to toss in the trunk of your car (along with a helmet) to always have it available for impromptu skate shenanigans! 4-stars ... show more
