Oh my gosh does this thing work. Im 216 pounds and just gave birth 5 months ago so I have that tummy flab. Just dont wear it while you eat, makes your stomach hurt.

It runs small. I ordered a size small thinking it would work, but had to return and get a size medium. Will wait until I get it, but it is very nicely made. Good quality. I hope the medium works. I am a size 8 in clothes so need to up the size.

I ordered a size small, I've done waist training previously. I'm 5ft5, 170 lbs. It was a bit hard to put on when I first got it. (Because it was new) I had a very hard time with the zipper, it hurt my finger when I tried to zip up. But now after the first use, I can zip it up easy no problem. After wearing it one day, I was able to use the next set of hooks. Then the third I was able to use the last set of hooks. It really is comfortable. It does ride up whenever I sit down. It does fit very well. I used the size chart and also put in the recommendations from the reviews and sized down. So far, it looks to be durable. I have used it a couple times while working out just to see how it feels. I personally don't recommend it but I was able to do it. I also like the color. ... show more
