Before you begin exercising, adjust your Waist Trimmer to the desired position and wrap it comfortably around your abdomen. The Waist Trimmer can be worn under or over your clothing. How to Wash Before Initial use: Wipe down a Waist Trimmer with a damp cloth. Use a clean cloth to dry off Waist Trimmer or air-dry overnight. After Exercise: Lather a damp cloth with soap and run down inside of Waist Trimmer several times. Then, rinse the cloth and wipe it down again until there are soapy streaks left. Use a clean cloth to dry or air-dry overnight.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve ordered 2 of these now. The first one was a xxl and was a little big, but still works. The second is an xl and fits well. If I wanted actual waist sinching I would order a L. I ordered these to wear around the house for back support. Wearing this for a few hours each day has really reduced my low back and lumbo-sacral joint pain. I has my belly cut open in 2008 due to a botched appendix surgery, so I had very little core muscle strength due to ignoring that area. Gaining weight since has caused a lot of low back issues. I’m going to try wearing this at the gym, hopefully it will help me do squats without aggravating my back. This is really well made and has survived the washing machine and dryer just fine so far. I like that the second strap allows me to focus the support on the weakest part of my abdomen.

When I started doing research on waist trainers I realized there are so many brands and types. I wasn't sure what was right for me. Initially, I ordered one that was more of a corset with eye hook closures because I thought I could wear it comfortably under clothes like a corset. But I sent it back because it was too small and smelled funny. So I started searching for another brand/style when i rediscovered ShaperX. I love it! No funny smell. I am 5ft 3in and have a short torso. I ordered the 2x which fits comfortably covering my entire torso from just under my bra line to my waist. I tried wearing it under my clothes but it is a bit bulky and I find it more comfortable to wear on top of my tank top. It is easy to adjust the tightness. Mostly, I am wearing it to the gym when I workout. Many people use for cardio workouts, but it is also great for weight training. You will work up a good sweat either way. I have also worn it around the house or while doing work on the computer. Added benefit is It improves my posture also by making me stand up straighter and no slouching will sitting at my desk. I highly recommend.

So I purchased the same brand back in 2021 and I believe I left a review. They have the best waist trainers and thigh trainers however, this one is just a little shorter. I have a longer torso so it doesn’t cover as much but when I tell you, it sucks you in and has you sweating buckets and trimming your waist it does just that!!! Initially, after measuring myself and reading the reviews, I ordered a large. My measurements were on the cusp of large (only 2 inches lower than the large size) and after reading the reviews I followed some suggestions an ordered a size up. This didnt work out for me. The large was much too big, even with all the tightening straps it didnt fit as well as I knew a waist trainer should. Ordered a medium, and love it. Good for working out: I run a 5k everyday on the treadmill, walk 3 miles and do about 30 minutes of upper body exercises to finish up. This bad boy stayed tight the entire time, and is actually really pleasant to wear. It's fairly breathable, and the velcro holds up really well. Even if it breaks down in a few months, it's only $25 which is an incredible price. The fit: For the most part, the fit is great. Has an adjustable large underband, and then two smaller over bands that help with synching. It is a little short, but for the price I cant really complain. Moral of the story: match your measurements with the size guide and go with that size!

I like that this is nice and snug, but if you have a longer torso, this may not be for you. I would have also preferred if it had a neoprene lining as I feel that conducts more heat and feels better on my skin (just a preference). Overall, it does what it supposed to do and generally stays in place, but again, I would have liked it to have been wider to cover my whole abdomen from bra line to top of hips.

I am 1000% SATISFIED with this Waist Cincher Trainer..by far one of the BEST I've owned (I now have a total of 3) but this is the MOST COMFORTABLE & truly STAYS PUT when I wear it. I can't wait to wear it to work out since I can tell it will not restrict my movements like my latex waist trainer (with hooks closure) which is longer on my torso & flips up with too much movement AND my other waist trainer which is just a Velcro wrap that doesn't stay put or hold as tight..clearly 3rd time is the charm..LOL!! Also, the sizing worked very well..I went with the MEDIUM size after much hesitation but the snug fit is just right, I am a curvy size 12/14. I am pleased with the size/fit since I will be able to clearly see my progress as I will be able to cinch it tighter as time goes on. If I had selected the Large size I feel like I would need to purchase another one relatively sooner than later. I received my item SUPER fast & immediately have worn it the last 2 days..no waiting at all! Lastly please note that this Waist Cincher Trainer is NOT ideal for wearing under tight clothing since it will show & it wraps more around your actual waist & NOT around the lower abs area like my latex waist trainer with the hooks closure. However, I got this waist cincher trainer for my gym workouts & wearing comfortably under loose clothing, it's PERFECT & the PRICE for it was the BEST I have come across, truly EXCELLENT QUALITY! If you're ready to get your waist SNATCHED and/or to assist straightening your posture, don't hesitate, BUY THIS, you won't regret it!! I can't wait until I need a smaller size..I'll be purchasing from this vendor without a doubt!!
