I purchased this with the Shakti mat and found that I like to use the mat by itself rolled up under my neck rather than using the pillow. However, it works great if you use it on different areas of your body. Think arms and legs. A little pillow that is easily positional for wherever you need it. Happy I purchased it and found new ways to use it.

I was doing acupuncture for severe pain on the inside of my shins, (spleen meridian). Use this for 20 min. daily between my ankles and knees on the inside of my shins. I am no longer doing acupuncture, having no pain and saving a ton of money.
