Once adjusted to fit, I felt it was very sturdy and does the job. Granted, I am an amateur, not a professional photographer. It held both my cameras securely and I'm happy with the quick release ability. I would recommend for the budding photographer on a budget.

    • Good holster with great weight distribution
Carried this with two cameras numerous times since purchasing. Carried a Pentax K30 with a 300mm zoom lens on the center and Pentax K30 with 50mm zoom on the holster and hiked a challenging and long trail at a state park in Texas. The cameras never got heavy. There is no weight on your neck. Only recommendation, make sure you connect the safety strap to you camera. If you don't lock the camera in completely, it may slide out of the carrier when you bend over or move around for a shot with the other camera. Has happened to me more than once. Also, once locked in, they are secure. Sometime too secure and it is a little painstaking getting them out. But with the prices of cameras and lens these days, I'll default to security any day! My photography vest fits over the top of it no problem, allowing me to carry all my extras. This is a great carrier system that I have field tested and enjoyed using. We’ve tried a few vests to help carry photo equipment. This one is the best by far and my husband was really happy with it.
