The media could not be loaded. We purchased the Serwal Oversized rocker in red. I was attracted to the wider seat. I had hesitated because the seat height on the oversized model was the same height as the normal chair. After much research and not being able to find a wide seat and higher seat height, I bought them. As suspected, the seat width was an improvement but the seat height is problematic. I’m going to see if I can find seat cushions that will raise the seat height. I had read many reviews that complained about the screw holes not existing or not aligning. I assembled 4 chairs and two tables that required more than 100 screws. Only two screw holes out of 100 were misaligned. However, not all the places for screws had holes pre-drilled. Only certain holes (on inner pieces) had pilot holes. Even so, the material is soft enough to screw into without a pilot hole on the inner piece but requires strength. Someone with less strength would do well to drill starter holes. The most challenging aspect of the assembly is using the hex tool. After assembling 6 items, (approximately 10 hours of work), my hand was sore. If you have a drill bit that matches the hex tool, that would be highly recommended. It would cut assembly time significantly. I was impressed that each box had the screws, hex tool and instructions in a sealed bag and the bag had a ribbon that attached it to the inside of the box. The instructions included both picture illustrations and written instructions. (English only). The instructions were easy to follow.

Great value for money - a little complicated to assemble. Seem like they will be sturdy and last a while. I did have trouble peeling the little ‘part number’ stickers off every piece. Expect to spend some time struggling with something that ought to be really easy

It is a sturdy chair. I did find it hard to screw the screws in with the tool provided. At one point I told myself I was too weak and needed to quit. I kept on and finished. Now I am happy with the chair. I recommend finding a better tool. I am sure the screws will hold the chair together for a long time. They are tight and secure for sure!

My husband and I both love these chairs. The back is ultra high so we can lean back, close our eyes and relax listening to the birds and wind. I like the color, the duller barn red. Beautiful against the walls of our home. They don't rock hard back and forth, just gently, and i like that, too. I've bought four of them now. Two at a time, and may go for six. Love them.

This chair once it’s put together is comfortable, sturdy, and a quality product! It will take a little bit to put together but the directions are solid! I would recommend having a screwdriver bit to match the Allen Wrench (mounting hex head screws) and used my electric screwdriver! We purchased another one after putting together the first one!
