These are great chairs. Very sturdy/heavy duty, and are comfortable! We bought 4. The first one took me about 2 hours to put together. I’m not an expert at building things but have put my share of furniture together over the years. I did find the assembly process quite simple, which was a great surprise. The instructions were 4 simple pages, with clear pictures and diagrams. The hardware was clearly labeled & I found easy to put the pieces in their respective places. The first one that I put together I used the hex & wrench, which was clumsy as expected. Chairs 2, 3 & 4 were about 40 minutes each as I pulled out my drill to use with the wrench. But I was VERY CAREFUL not to tighten anything down until the end! SUPER IMPORTANT to just “hand tighten” akk the screws until the chair is nearly done, to allow some give all the way until the end. The chairs have the lean back feature, as well as the fold down feature, so over tightening will make those features not work. The instructions are clear to point out not to over tighten in the specific areas though too. Very happy with the way these look and I’m genuinely impressed with how clear the instructions were/ ease of assembly!

I just purchased these, so don't know about longevity but once assembled, seemed like very good quality. It took me about an hour to assemble the first chair as I did it very slowly and by myself. Took time to make sure I did not miss any steps. All of the holes were aligned, the parts were in individually labeled sections, and the instructions were easy to follow. I used an electric drill with a hex piece to make assembly much easier. I was very careful not to over tighten as I can see where that might crack a piece. The chair is very comfortable to sit in. Love the reclining feature that you can adjust to three different settings. I added a cushion that made it perfect. The pins that allow you to collapse the chair are pretty easy to do, and it made carrying them much easier. The color red is more of a brick red as opposed to a vibrant tomato red.

They are reasonably sturdy considering all the moving parts that are required to allow for folding. It took about 20 minutes to assemble. I’m 6’ - 250 pounds and they are large enough and sturdy enough to support me comfortably. They don’t really stack (nest) well for storage but do fold down to about 10” high. They are comfortable but if you ever tried to get out of any Adirondack chair you know the chair arms are what you pull yourself up with because you sit so far back and these arms are moveable for back adjustment - a little tricky. . I can’t speak to durability because I bought these at the end of the first season and used about a month before I put them in winter storage. One last note: we had a couple storms with 25-30 mph gusts and they held their place on the patio pretty well. For me, they were a good purchase.

Very nice looking. Deep, rich color. The curved seat and back make the chairs very comfortable. That said, the adjustable back makes these chairs feel less solid than fixed back angle designs. Easy to assemble; very clear and simple instructions with all parts and needed tools included. It took a half hour to assemble the first chair, less than 20 minutes to assemble the second.

Great chair for a good price. Love that the back angle is adjustable. I just wish the cupholder was a little bigger but still 5 stars. I wouldn't sit in it for long without a cushion, but the back's alright without one.

Fairly easy to assemble by one person, very good instructions, pay attention to screw heads in diagrams so you insert screws the right way, I cut off a section of the hex key so I could put it in my drill chuck, set drill to 2 and screwed in screws, then hand tightened after that, do not want to strip out the holes. Nice heavy construction, and seat has a little flex that is nice. I am leaving this outdoors, so I used white acrylic bathroom caulk to fill in all the recesses for the factory inserted screws on the seat and back, since the recess can hold a little water and could rust over the years, though they are stainless steel.
