I purchased one of these elsewhere a couple years ago and loved it so much I bought the same one here for my son last week. Just got it on his bed and it is exactly what we wanted. So comfy and cozy and warm but not heavy and hot. It does say dry clean only, but I have been washing mine on gentle cycle and drying on extra low a few times a year and haven’t had any problems. Of course I won’t “recommend” not following the laundering instructions, but I’ve washed and dried my old one like that and his new one now once and no problems. Very, very few feathers were in the lint trap from the dryer, too. I also love that it has corner loops to keep the duvet from getting twisted, as my 6-year-old seems to run obstacle courses in his sleep. 10/10. Highly recommend. ... show more

Perfect. This down comforter is stitched tightly. Plenty of filling in each square and each square is stitched separately. Not too hot, not too cold. Holds the perfect amount of heat for these Arizona nights (when we have to use the AC during the “winter” at times). Not as fluffy as some would expect but its a light weight comforter so wasn't a deal breaker for us. Did fluff up to an acceptable size after sitting out for 24 hrs a d then being placed in the dryer on “fluff”. Absolutely no smell out of the bag. It does have that “crinkly” sound, but I’ve learned thats how you know you have a QUALITY comforter. This doesn’t disappoint! Oh and although it wasn’t listed as a Prime product, it STILL arrived week earlier than expected. ... show more

Got this comforter two weeks ago, it is soft and great for the winter nights (yes... we have a long winter here...). The filling is down/feather fiber, meaning that the filling give you a kind of a feel not as fluffy as one with the filling being down/feather. Cannot figure out how to upload picture through the Amazon app, but the thickness and weight of the comforter can tell you this is extra warm, and it does feel so. I got the full/queen version, and it is large enough to be used for a King bed as well. I would recommend this to my friends. BTW, it is better to use it with a duvet cover. ... show more
