I have read such good things about this Korean company, and so I just had to try it. I ordered three different items including Serment, and all arrived very quickly with superior packaging. Each product is fresh and natural smelling and a delight to use. I am also impressed with the amount of fluid in each bottle - it's a very generous amount. In my first order, there was one bottle - the apple stem cell product - that did not have any labeling on it. I sent feedback to the seller and I immediately received an email and a new bottle of the product. The customer service is very responsive and it is clear that they truly care about the satisfaction of the customer. I am pleased with the effect of these products thus far, and will definitely purchase again. The Apple Stem Cell and Serment products will no doubt take the place of a product I have used for three years, an at a far better price! This is an excellent serum. I have noticed considerable improvement in my skin. My skin feels smooth, soft and looks brighter. Fine wrinkles are not noticeable. If you are looking for a phyto cell based serum, Then I would recommend this highly. I have replaced my apple stem serum for this one

Did not see much of a difference in my skin after using it over a month. Does feel sticky and tacky after putting it on. Better products out there for the price.

Over the years I have tried many products and try to use those with natural ingredients . Since Korean beauty products are widely known to be effective, I decided to try this one . After two weeks of use I can say my skin feels tighter and smoother and hopefully over time wrinkles will lessen as skin remains hydrated . Also the eye dropper applicator is great! It effectively measures product . No waste or over packaging . Glass bottle is a plus for proper storage.

I had originally posted a great review about this product. But after weeks of using it, the serum started to smell like pure alcohol. I have since purchased a new peptide that hopefully will get better results. I really wanted to love this product but without the ingredients being listed, I did not realize it contained alcohol.

So far great results. I have been using this as the first layer of product for my face for a couple weeks now. It goes on smooth, absorbs and dries quickly. You don't need to use much so it should last a while. There is a slight tight feeling on my skin but that goes away when I layer moisturizer and treatment over it. (Usually olay or nutrigena serums) That addition of this product has made a noticeable difference in the lines around my eyes and mouth as well as less puffiness when I wake up in the morning. I have not experienced any negative reactions or breakouts from it. (I don't have hyper sensitive skin or acne problems but do break out with some heavy moisturizing creams). Overall, I have no insight on the ingredients. I was looking at blue serium when I came across this and purchased on price and reviews. I don't regret it but wish it was less expensive of course. I can't speak for any longterm difference yet but short-term results make me happy. I will likely purchase this again.

Feels sticky. I don't use it that often. It didn't impress me when I used it daily when I first got it. There isn't much by instructions. The YouTube video is in Korean, so no help there. maybe looking it up on Dr. Oz would help.

Heard about Segment serum online, also saw that it was featured on dr. Oz show, so I ordered it. wasn't really expecting anything special. The texture of the product is really smooth and it sinks completely into your skin. After about two weeks I awaken and went to the bathroom to wash my face and got a glimpse of this fabulousness in the mirror and I was like wow my skin really looks good. It was glowing, firmer, it just looked good, I thought yeah right, but other people who saw me kept saying you look really pretty. I say thank you, smile and say to myself it's gotta be the serum.
