This is the 3rd paddleboard I have owned, and it’s my favorite. I love how wide it is, this makes it very stable even when it’s a little choppy. Despite the width and length this is still lightweight and easy to transport. The fast pump is also a huge bonus and makes the inflation much easier.

Everything needed to get started paddle boarding is included. Setup time takes 30 minutes. Board is big enough to comfortably fit two people and a child or small adult sitting. Laying down it only has room for two. The paddle was quick and easy to put together and felt flimsy to me but performed well. I like the end piece that is curved to fit your palm and grip which makes paddling easier and comfortable (Should have included a second one if made for multiple people) The board is sturdy and feels secure on the water keeps you well balanced and doesn't feel sketchy even with choppy water (Has a non slip pad on top). It has grab handles and bungees to hold down items. Fabric/material is nice & firm to lay down on and is rugged enough to take some abuse. Despite the length and size it is fairly easy to carry. The pump is standard style made of plastic and works well. I'm not a fan of the safety leash but it does the job. The kit comes with some repair patches and a carry bag that actually holds everything neatly and secured. Fin and handle have push buttons that clip in place like a crutch does which make it easy to install and remove. Tearing down is easy enough, just simply twist and push the center to lock the valve open and prepare for some serious gust of air. Can be a bit startling and loud but it deflates pretty quickly. The board then can be rolled up and put in a bag for storage. Instructions are a bit lacking and should be more informative. All and all it's a great board for a family of three or friends. My girls love to lay in it and just tan in the middle of the lake. I thought of maybe taking out and fishing on it but not sure if board is hook proof. Fun quality board that's easy to use, transport and have a relaxing time on.

I have been wanting a paddle board for years and I finally bought this one. It is big, but very lightweight. It is stable even with a beginner like me. Pumps up very quickly and fits nicely in the backpack for storage. I am very happy with this paddleboard.

Review for: 11' - FAMILY If you're looking over this paddle board, there are two variations 11" (family) and 11"6 (pet). I'm not sure why the other one is marked as pet, as no pets are mentioned. The difference seems to be the PET one is more expensive, different color, is 11"6 vs. 11", and has a slightly different design. I think the regular 11" would do just fine, but is shorter. Anyway, for the 11" family, what you're getting here is a much bigger than standard board with a 440 lb weight limit. I had to compare this to the other boards I had, which are typically 10 vs. 11", and a weight limit of 330 lb instead. So this 11" is more expensive but holds more weight and is larger. The reason to select this is obviously to have more people on the board vs. a solo board or a board with people light enough to be under 330 lb available on other boards. You can have one person who knows what they are doing, but they are then dragging along other people who are just getting a free ride OR a kid. An experienced rider can give Beginners a ride on this board and get them used to the concept for maybe the future when they purchase their own boards. It's pretty easy to use a board like this, and the only real challenge is the time it takes to pump it up or put it away at the end. I recommend a "paddleboard pump" (search) or a vehicle tire inflator that includes attachments for inflatables and is powered by a cigarette lighter/accessory Con: This only includes ONE paddle despite suggesting multiple people use it. So one person is going to be doing the work or you need to get more paddles, or trade off with the paddle. This is a wider board, "35" vs. the classic ones that are 31" to 34", which allows for more stability with multiple people. The value is in keeping with other similar boards, although the 11"6 Pet version is a bit too expensive in my opinion. This board is a bit slower with multiple people and requires more work, in my opinion. The quality is in keeping with pretty much every other one out there, which are very standardized. If it springs a leak, it includes patches to fix it. I can't say I'd select this unless you're a couple with a kid that wants to all fit on the same board or have other people that can't fit on a 330 lb limit one.
