I especially love the design on this paddle board, it really stands out on the water. It was easy to inflate, feels really stable, and tracks nice even for someone who isnt an expert. Everything you need comes in the box and it packs away easy when your done. Great board overall.

I recently purchased this item. I used the items for first time. Overall board is very stable when sitting. Standing up a bit wobbly but maybe bcuz wasn’t use to an inflatable board. Manual pump required a bit of effort to inflate. It got tougher as you got closer to the required PSI. I purchased the suggested electronic/car pump but didn’t come on time. Hopefully I never need to use the manual again. Fin was okay to install. Back end goes on first then it slides into spot for the screw to go in. I like the fact the screw doesn’t come off so seems you wouldn’t have a chance to lose it. deflating the board was fairly easy. Just push down on the white button like and it deflates on its own. I dried off board as I rolled it to get full air out. Had to unroll and roll again to get full air out and to fit in bag. Make sure you roll tight and remove the fin to fit in bag. The only issue I had is with the paddle itself. Didn’t lock in place and the handle kept sliding up and down. I contact CS and waiting for a response. I won’t lie… it’s a bit of work to put it all together. The bag is a bit heavy when you carry it. I’m 5.2 with an injured right arm but was able to carry and rest to and from my car. I’m guessing it will become much easier when I do this a couple more times.

I am a 52-year-old woman with rheumatoid arthritis, first-time paddle boarder, and I love this board. I landed on this one after reading lots of reviews and doing lots of research. I wanted something I could fly back and forth to Arizona with me. I love being on the water, and it's painful to spend a couple weeks in Lake Havasu every few months taking care of my mom and not be able to be on the lake! I also wanted a very stable board and one I could inflate myself. The size was perfect for me ( I'm 5'4", 150lbs.). It was super easy to go from sitting to standing without any instability. It handled small boat chop wonderfully. However, I did grow up water-skiing, so stability on the water is pretty easy for me. I never fell off after spending LOTS of hours on it. As for inflating, it took me an average of 12-15 minutes to inflate each time. If I didn't suffer from RA, I would consider the inflation process rather easy. Depending on the day for me, it was a bit challenging now and then, but that's part of the work out. I do have a fairly strong upper body due to lots of kayaking and jet skiing. Someone not in very good physical condition would probably find the inflation a bit challenging. A TIP DURING INFLATING: be sure to put the fin groove on a towel, not the sand. I wasn't paying attention to this the first time, and the groove was filled with sand. It took me a bit of work to clean it out so I could slide the fin in place. I love how the pump has the option to deflate the board as well. Just pump away until it stops and every bit of air is out. Makes it so much easier to fold up and put back in the backpack. If you're new to paddleboarding, you can find lots of YouTube videos to teach you how to inflate the board and how to use the board. A TIP WHEN FLYING WITH IT: I kept the box it was shipped in and made a carrying handle out of duct tape. Checked it in with my suitcase and off we went! I feel it will last longer protected in the box. I've seen how those baggage handlers toss luggage around! 🤣

I bought two different paddle boards both at the same price range, hoping to get a feel for what I liked best. I’ve taken them out both on five separate trips now (maybe used each of them 8 or so times each for hours at a time) and this paddle board is clearly the one that is the better quality of the two. Everything about it seems nicer. It seems sturdier, the ankle attachment is comfortable and padded (out other isn’t), the pump is nice, the repair kit looks good, the carrying case is nice, and you can add a seat to it. The board also has three rudders, one being removable. The paddle is great, seems sturdy. I love the design and get compliments on it. It’s light enough when fully aired up and easy to carry. The cons include these things. This paddle board is a little smaller than my other one (I would prefer at least 11’ for all my tall guys )and they find the other board more sturdy just due to length. It is also a little less stable with a wiggly dog on deck (my dog weighs 18 lbs). My bigger one is better with my furry friend. The removable rudder needs to be screwed in and out. I haven’t lost a rudder at this point and it seems secure, but I worry about behaving to replace parts at some point and if this will make it more difficult. Also, the bag (which is very nice) is kinda small and it’s really hard to get everything squeezed into it after each use. Finally, just as all other inflable boards, it’s hard to get those last 10 lbs of pressure. I’ve gotta have my husband help me. I will be buying an expensive pump soon so I can be more independent and not require help every time. But overall great paddle board, especially for shorter/smaller people and kids. I would buy another one for sure in the future.

This was a Christmas present for my kids. We have used it many times this past spring and summer and in general it is really nice. Stable, easy to use, and my kids are really enjoying it. However, the primary reason for 5 stars is customer service. I had 2 separate interactions with this company and both were fantastic. First experience- During our travels, unpacking, repacking, etc. I lost the screw that holds on the removable fin. Totally my fault. I reached out to the company to ask about buying a replacement thumb screw and they responded by saying they would take care of it. They ended up sending me an entire replacement fin with new screw, so now I have a replacement fin should something happen. Awesome experience! Second experience- Over time some of the padding began to separate. I reached out looking for guidance to see what type glue I should use or any other solution as it was less than a year old. Certainly not a major deal but was disappointing that some of the padding was coming apart. After a few back and forth emails and sending some pictures, this company replaced the entire board with a new one! I did not even ask for replacement but was obviously very happy to receive that level of service. We don't know much about what makes a good SUP vs a bad SUP, but what I can say is if you are looking for a fun inflatable SUP with a company that stands behind their product, give this a try!
