I always deflate and rinse after use and store indoors away from heat. This pump is a bit different and I think it’s easier to inflate than the old one.

Upon arrival, SUP had 2 leaks across a seam,, which are non-repairable. Tried to return, and Amazon said this is a non-returnable item, and to contact the Serenelife. Serenelife said the only remedy was to return to Amazon. I have had multiple communications with Serenelife, and they keep saying the same thing. I can't find a number to actually talk to someone at Amazon. Now I have a $300 SUP that is non-returnable, and non-usable. Please consider another brand of SUP.

I've owned this iSUP 5yrs and take it everywhere. On my car exposed for thousands of miles, the west coast ocean, rivers, folded, packed, sometimes abused. I've read articles that an iSUP mid range is $600+ but you shouldn't expect more than 3yrs of life. You've got to be kidding! My $300 board is 15psi strong at 5 years! I load it on the water with many gear accessories. I think this board works beautifully! Thank you Serene for a long-lasting proficient product and a great price!

The title of the item says it comes with a seat. The image of the contents shows a seat. However, SereneLife support cannot seem to understand their own advertising materials. I received nonsense (AI or Google translate responses) from their support system that amounts to, "No chair was included." Note, this item listed at about $100 more than the version that does not falsely claim to have a chair.
