Flew from Wisconsin to Arizona with cats (it's as much fun as you'd expect). One car in this carrier, the other in a different brand & style. This one held up much better than than the other. Heavier cat was in this carrier but the other managed to get the base sideways & was even less thrilled with being in that other carrier. Base Velcros to the bottom to said such shenanigans. Will be replacing the other brand carrier with another Service carrier.

Well made, and sturdy. I got the medium and my 4 month old cat has plenty of extra room to grow in it. For cats who might be difficult to get into a carrier, this has several different opening options. I keep this open on the floor of my room and the cat likes to just hang out in it, so that’s a bonus!

Bought this as a car seat for Emmett but it has quickly become his favorite safe space. It’s incredibly sturdy and I especially love the metal frame work which is great at helping the bag keep its shape. Emmett is a 10lbs Pomchi small in size and fits perfectly in the LARGE bag. This allows him to make full turns and lay down comfortably. The height could be about 2” taller when he is sitting up but for the most part it’s perfect for when he’s curled up taking a nap. 🤭

This is a really good quality carrier that’s super affordable! It is on the smaller side so if you have a pet 10lb+ I would suggest a larger one. But over all I really like this and it’s worth every penny!

I started slow and just left it open on the ground with catnip in it. My car likes it. When we travel he'll get it and it's comfy. He sleeps in it. He's a big cat, a little chubby, but he fits good
