This review is for the 5/8" Spring Loaded Twist Lock Plunger Pin, Cam Lock for Wrecker Tow Truck/Farm Equipment/Stabilizer Legs (2), which was selling for $43 at the time of this review - SEE MY NOTE at the end of this review. These are great for use as heavy-duty, weld-on latches; I have been using this style (various brands) for years. The only reason that I knocked off 1 star is that they are priced higher than I have been paying, and there is nothing special about these to justify the higher price. There is absolutely nothing wrong with these; they operate smoothly, are true to size on the pin, and they are coated, so they are rust-resistant. I knew the price was a bit high when I ordered them, but I wanted to see if there was something perhaps different to justify it, and nothing jumped out as significantly different from the last pair that I ordered for only $30, other than that less costly pair had a red handle, and these have a yellow handle. If you are good with the price, you most likely will not be disappointed; these are well-made and good quality. NOTE - If you are not familiar with Amazon Vine, it is basically Amazon trading products for honest reviews. NOTE that the items are NOT Free because Vine Members have to pay Income Tax on the value of the item, so the product is discounted but definitely not free, more like 1/3 to 1/2 price. As such, I don't order things that I don't NEED and USE!!! This is an important distinction because it should give you more faith that my reviews are not some fake nonsense boilerplate... I USE WHAT I ORDER, and I don't hold back if something is junk because I still had to pay for it... and this program actually bumped me up to a higher tax bracket in 2025, so it definitely wasn't free!
