One touch and it slides 90 degrees and I’ve tried tightening it as much as possible. I make videos of my baking and assembling custom cakes which is very difficult to do with a phone in your hand! My social media is how I share my abilities so this purchase was necessary! It’s super easy to use and set up. You can change the light brightness and quality which is great depending on time of day. The only issue I’ve had is that the neck come loose occasionally but is easily tightened back down. This is worth it if you need a hands free ability to film. I hope this helps! ... show more

This tripod is easy to use and a little workhorse for quick video production. It did not come with instructions for the ring light so I can’t review that or give 5 stars. That part is also not intuitive.
