  • Best Headphones I’ve Owned
Pattern: Headphones
The comfort and quality of sound is so great. Nothing is overwhelming, music sounds balanced and not bass heavy like other headphones. These aren’t noise cancelling at all, but these are not studio headphones so you cannot hold that against these headphones. The sound does leak BAD which is truly the only reason this is a 4 out of 5. Other than the sound leaking, no one will believe you when you tell them how much these headphones are. Amazing for the price. ... show more

  • Quality
Pattern: Headphones
By far the best headphones I’ve ever used. I was hearing everything in the mix, I didn’t notice how terrible my old headphones were until I tried this and it was like listening to something new. Buy these bad boys!

  • This is a definite upgrade over HD560S
Pattern: Headphones
I own both HD400Pro and HD560S. HD400Pro is NOT the same as HD560S - the Pro version is more detailed and has better instrument separation. HD560S sounds a bit "smoothed" and "holistic" in comparison. HD560S' stock cable is so-so (noisy), HD400Pro is supplied with two stock cables, I use the straight one and it's excellent. Some people think 560S should be better than 400Pro, just because the model number is higher, but keep in mind that the Pro line models are marked differently. HD400Pro is totally worth extra $50 layout. Will be selling my 560S soon... ... show more

  • Pristine sound

Noise isolation from outside is superb - great clarity and depth to all types of music.

  • Im annoyed at the price
Pattern: Headphones
I got mine delivered today and they went down 50 dollars wtf….. other than that they sound pretty good

  • Save your money and buy the 560s
Pattern: Headphones
If you really want the coiled cord and black badging then pay the extra $80ish dollars for the 400 Pro. Anyone that tries to convince you there's an audible difference between the two is high on snake oil.

  • Amazing sound, comfortable (until you've been wearing them for a few hours)
Pattern: Headphones
This is only my second pair of open back headphones that I have reviewed or owned, they definitely aren't for every situation but the sound quality is quite good on these. They are comfortable to wear (mostly), except that they can get a little tight around my ears after too much time. I rarely need to use them for more than a couple of hours at a time, but if I routinely did need to do that, I might consider another pair that weren't so tight after a few hours. ... show more

  • Great headphones but the band is kind of tight out of the box, will take time to be comfortable.
Pattern: Headphones
I got these intending them as an upgrade from the Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro. In the end I do really love both headphones almost equally. I think the Sennheiser do sound a little bit better, but they aren't nearly as comfortable for long wear. It feels silly to say that, but it's true. The band on the Sennheisers is really tight so even though they're lighter than the Beyerdynamic headphones, they are less comfortable. Hopefully over time it'll relax a bit because they sound great and I'd love to use them for longer stints of time. ... show more
