I bought these Amazon Renewed buds with a bit of skepticism because I considered the price too good to be true. While my order was being processed, I reached out to the seller and asked some questions about the buds, which they were good about answering clearly and promptly, reassuring me that the buds would be as good as new. The package arrived 4-5 days earlier than expected, which was a treat. Upon opening the package, I was pleasantly surprised to realize that the buds actually were in ‘like new’ condition, and they came packaged in the original box, with all the booklets and accessories; the box just wasn’t sealed, which is fine. The buds and their accessories were not only in great shape, but the sound quality is really great. The Sennheiser app is amazing to have after not having an option like that for the AirPods Pro or any other buds that I’ve owned; I was able to find the perfect EQ settings after a little bit of playing around with the sliders on a few different songs. The app’s ‘sound check’ feature got me really close to my ideal settings, so I recommend trying it.
