I was so very excited about getting the helmet in today. Waited for dark to set up and go out for a nice night time ride helmet was easy to set up but that was the last of the fun. Took off on the bike visor up sound was not that bad notice that there was a lot of clicking and popping on the speakers and when I talk to my daughter it was chipping and popping the whole time when I close the visor on the helmet when I got up to Road speed it sounded like a jet engine inside the helmet to the point that you were having a hard time even hearing the sound turn way up when I raise the visor it was less noise the venting was very poor and the helmet became hot even in 78° weather and the lens was fogging up so I would pass this helmet up ... show more

It's pretty good. Not perfect but sound is good and wind noise is pretty low. The face shield nob makes it hard to open and close. I feel like I might break it or the whole helmet shifts while trying to open the shield. Wish they would test their products in the real world with real users not engineers ... show more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! the fog free visor part is misleadeng. A film of vapor forms on the inside of the visor that turns into little rivers that run down the inside. Its worse than fogging as far as distraction goes. If you try to wipe it away on the inside you scratch the inside all up. I spent an additional 78 bucks getting the pin lock visor and insert that worked great for 2 rides but the head of the pin on the right snapped leaving the stud in the visor and the insert fell down. Immediately and the visor fogged up insantly! Was very dangerous at 60mph being Immediately fogged up. So, the gog free visor sucks and the pinlock visor replacement is dangerous because of the cheap plastic pins. The setup off the sound component is overly complicated with nonsensical instructions so have a computer nerd friend who's done it before help. Sounds and works great! The helmet itself feels cheap and is quite noisy even when the vents are closed. The vents feel cheap like they will snap if you push them a little to hard. The airflow isn't smooth over the helmet so theres a lot of wind buffeting as well. I wear an xl size helmet but ordered it in xxl for winter use so i could wear a beanie under it but the xxl was super snug so i was biting my cheeks for 2 weeks while it broke in. Forget wearing a beanie under it. Its noisy. Its windy, ill fitting, complicated to set up, made of cheap plastic. The fog free visor is unusable, the pinlock replacement is junk and self destructs. This thing is dangerous!!! ... show more

Purchase this $ 600 helmet and never work as Intended, first the bluetooth take forever to discoverable, while connect, after a few seconds disconnect itself, now after 3 month of use, I did receive on June the 24th start using on July 2nd, buttery fail to charge, while turn it on, after a few seconds turn it off automatically, trying to send a request to Sena but can't find the model number as I don't have the box, try every possible number inside the helmet and no-one works, without that number it is impossible to send over Sena a claim on this useless helmet.
