    • Beautiful sax
The sax arrived quickly and well packaged. This is my first sax and I started taking lessons immediately. I am very pleased so far. I had no experience with a saxophone until now so I can't compare it with anything. However, I pray it will continue to please me for many years to come.

    • Nice Tone - disappointed
While I will say this sax has nice tone and good action from the keys. I was disappointed that it was made in Taiwan. I was replacing an older Selmer USA sax that was made in the USA. It is a very nice alto but for 2300.00 dollars I really thought it was made in the USA.

This is a great sax and for a very reasonable price. I was very happy with the shipping it was fast and I never had trouble. When I got the sax it looked brand new even thought it was used as a show case sax. It was nicely packed it the and came with a very nice case, it also came with a very nice ligature, but the mouth piece wasn't the best and if your an avid sax player I would recommend getting a different mouth piece. The sax also comes with cork grease and a rag for cleaning, but if you are going to be playing a lot I would recommend buying pad savers to get the moisture out of the sax. Over all this is a great buy and I hope you enjoy your new sax!!!! ... show more

Bought this saxophone for my son's birthday. There was a delay due to stock however, Instrument Pro did everything possible for me to receive the saxophone as soon as possible. My son loves the saxophone. Awesome instrument, great packaging, in Great condition.

The selmer SAS280 La Voix is a good saxophone great step -up for beginners to intermediate level of play. When I received my sax it was damaged broken G# key . I contacted the seller and Selmer and within 4-5 days received another new saxophone. I'm happy. I do not know if it is me or the sax hell somebody sounds good. ... show more
