Pros: - Lightweight allows control as well as fast swings - Budget-friendly price - Looks fresh especially with the name brand - Solid value package with the slk balls and a very useful bag Cons: - The paddle lacks power due to smaller size and lackluster core - The handle is small for someone with a big hand or wants to use double handed backhand - The grip is not grippy like other beginner paddles in it's class In summary, if your a beginner I would recommend these but they would not be my first recommendation. I think it’s a heck of a buy for a really solid starter set that comes with everything you need to get out there. I purchased these on Prime Day after a little research online, wanting an OK kit but nothing crazy. These are now relegated to friends, but are a great choice for starters. Pros: -Play decent, as a newer player these are way better than wood, but you probably won't need much more than this - includes a bag which is OK quality - design is nice, grips are comfortable - great as spares for friends when you graduate to better paddles - good way to try pickleball without spending a fortune and deciding you don't enjoy it Cons: - Bag is OK, eventually you will want to replace - The balls are junk - Once you have played for a few months and try a nicer paddle, you will no longer use them I would recommend these to beginners looking for a set to get started, or players that want spares they won't get upset when they get scraped the ground. ... show more
