This product is good for handheld selfies but as a tripod, it is unstable if extended. Phone is difficult to place in holder but is secure. As a tripod, if the stem is short, it’s ok on a level surface. But with an extended stem it is very unstable. I would not use it as a tripod outdoors as the wind could blow it over.

You can use this as a tripod stand for your iphone. I also used it to film a cat from floor level. I can film down low without having to bend over or get down on the floor. The remote is bluetooth operated and it's easy to get your phone in the clamp. Great value for the money.

It works. It was inexpensive. For as often as I will use it, I'm fine with it. The tripod part is very unstable. The clamp that holds your phone works very well and is strong. It does not swivel both ways though and the clamps only open up wide enough to insert the phone sideways, not upright. The instructions are not very clear but it's not so hard to figure out that you can't use it. It comes with batteries. When you go to replace them, expect to have a hard time putting the cover back on. So... not perfect. But, if you typically hold your phone sideways to take pictures anyway I would recommend this stick

The instructions were hard to understand and never could get the Bluetooth to connect to my phone. Not sure the remote was even working. There's nothing there to let you know if it's on or off like a light or something.
