Overall, I'm very happy with these. If you want the trendy rope patterns you'll need a little more rope and youtube, but I don't think this is a big deal since I'm only using one of the planters right now and rope isn't expensive. The bottom of the planter doesn't have the same texture which I only noticed when I was setting it up. At some point, I might add a texture to the bottom, but I barely notice it. Not the same as other self watering planters. There no way to water from the bottom like many of the ground planters. If you really want this, you could add a tube(from the top leading to the bottom) to pour the water directly into the reservoir, but I'm happy just watering from the top from now. Why only 4 stars? Their instructions for tying the rope could be better, but YouTube makes up for that. The set only comes with 4 pieces of rope so if you need even a little more, you have to take rope from the other planter meaning you'll eventually have to get more rope for the 2nd planter. Not a big deal, but it adds extra steps and adding 1-2 more pieces to the set would eliminate this issue. I also think the texture should continue on the bottom since this is advertised as a hanging planter where the bottom is visible.

This is an elegant and light-weight hanging planter. Its exquisite appearance and special texture makes it an apple for the eye. It can be installed conveniently either indoors or outdoors. And is a great choice for bringing extra beauty to the plants at your home. In addition, there is drainage provided near the bottom of the planter, so that plants would not die from too much residual water in the planter.

Looks exactly like the picture! This planter is sturdy, well made and easy to assemble. The rope is sealed at the edges which is ideal, it’s not going to unravel. Love the contrast of the black planter and natural brown rope. Can’t wait for my plant babies to blossom in this planter.
