    • Most Cones Arrived Broken, Not Usable
The cones pairs were not simply broken apart from each other. Many individual cones were already separated and broken in half--not usable. A note inside the box of cones stated that new packaging of the cones means that the cones come stuck together, in pairs, and need to be separated before use. This is not the issue I am writing about. The issue is that approximately 50% of the individual cones were snapped in half. (Already separated from their twin cone and then snapped in half. Broken.) The box containing the cones was intact and not crushed. This leads me to believe the the vendor packed the box with many already broken cones; however, I have no way of proving this. ... show more

I really like using the self-supporting cones when firing my kiln. They are very convenient to use. I always forget to make a cone pack with traditional cones so the self-supporting cones come in handy at the last minute. I feel they are very reliable when it comes to measuring the temperature inside a kiln when firing. ... show more

Exactly what I expected!

The product came on time but 3 were broken and unusable which make the box expensive. Quite disappointing since the cones are now supposed to be coupled to reduce breakage, they were all separated but 2!!
