Very well packaged for shipment. Double boxed and everything well wrapped. Assembled easily. The last step when the top bushing is tapped into place on the uprights, use a narrow piece of wood and gentle, even taps with a soft mallet and the oval shaped bushing will seat evenly on the upright post.

They are easy to put together and very sturdy. I actually use them for something other than calisthenics (to cut my dogs hair and trim nails), and it worked for that too. Definitely recommend.

This was easy to assemble. I did it mostly by hand the tightened the nut and bolts at the end. You will need at least 2 pliers to do this. No tools are included. Once assembled it is a solid piece of equipment with enough height and width adjustments to make it a great addition to a home gym. You can do more than just dips. The assembly of the Seleware Heavy Duty Dip Bar was straight forward. The Dip Bar was stabile when doing dips, pushups and leg raises. Working out on the Heavy-Duty Dip was good. I have owned the Dip Bar for 6 weeks and have used it twice a week. There is a metal bar that can be adjusted to increase or decrease the width between the vertical Dip Bars. The metal flange [not weld] has bend so that one of the upright dip bars is not vertical but leans substantially to the left. That is unacceptable for a Heavy-Duty Dip Bar that advertises itself for 1000lbs, I weigh 220 lbs. I would expect this to last year's not 12 workouts. There is only a 30day warranty on this item. I was slightly on the fence about this setup prior to ordering because I thought how could this setup possibly be stable enough to look good, have adjustable height, and have adjustable width. I weigh over 300 pounds and I really wanted to make a dip bar apart of my home gym. With all of the rack dip bar options and separate setup options, I’m glad I chose this one. My reservations were eliminated immediately after I put it together. It feels safe, sturdy, and doesn’t take up too much space either. I’ve been using it almost every day since I bought it and I am extremely happy. Make sure after you adjust the width and height you REALLY tighten up the adjustment knob otherwise you will feel a slight wobble that might concern you. ... show more

sturdy dip bar and adjustable in height and width, The grips are foamed. there is only one thing that I dislike when doing dips the hands are applying force to the insides of the bar its like trying to push it apart and it does move a bit. I tied a rope around the two tubes and it was super solid.
