Arrived in a cardboard box that had two holes punched in it. Of course it was left at the door without notice so I couldn't refuse the box and only found the box had been delivered later. Inside it has a single piece of bubble wrap laid between half the laprts to protect them. Mine has the following issues: One rail is bent and missing paint Trailer "floor" was damaged in transit and has dents along with the coating missing in spots. Another railing has the paint scratched and already appears to be rusting One tire already needs a new intertube. I went ahead and started putting together as I needed this for work the next day. But after finding the railing was bent and tube not holding air I was at a lose and had to pay for a taxi to pick up items and deliver. I'll be returning the trailer.

Good quality for the money. I use it to haul water at camp and it easily carries 4 six gallon water jugs hauled behind my e-bike. A+++++++++++

I am so used to products coming with hand tools for assembly I was surprised this item had none. You will need small wrenches, an Allen wrench, and I also used a small pliers as well. The assembly instructions were very limited, 1 page, but the assembly is somewhat self explanatory. The parts did have a couple paint chip gouges out of the box. The design is for attaching a quickly removable connection to the outer back wheel center nut. This connection has an internal spring to allow the bike to be lean without tipping over the trailer. The sheetmetal floor is minimally spot welded around the outer tube frame but it is steel so breaking these spot welds would take some rough handling. Overall a solid structure with approximately 35 psi wheels.

Did not come with all needed parts. Missing many screws, the screw holes are not machined well either- they don’t line up. would not recommend this product, I regret my purchase

I’ve been genuinely impressed with this bike cargo trailer. It’s surprisingly lightweight and easy to carry around, yet the 198 lb capacity handles everything I’ve thrown at it, from groceries to tools. The universal hitch makes installation quick, and it’s incredibly versatile, fitting all the different bikes in my household without any hassle. I love that it’s foldable, so storing it takes almost no space, and being able to remove it quickly after use gives me peace of mind when locking up my bike. Between the convenience, the sturdy build, and how smoothly it tows, this trailer has proven to be absolutely worth the money.
