I wanted to get my washer and dryer up higher so that it wasn’t so difficult to remove clothing, and I didn’t want to spend a fortune. These are reasonably priced and provide a needed a boost to both of my front loading appliances, but when the washer goes through spin cycle, they shake terribly. product cannot hold a small refrigerator. We live in a flood zone, where garages are made to flood---need to raise fridge about 5 inches. The height is right, but product is not sturdy. hard to assemble.

I had hopes, but no luck. Front loading washer moved on the platform during operation, with a 3/4 load and medium spin. From the reviews, it seems about 50% of the users report being less than satisfied. I suggest a redesign with stronger, more substantial parts, and guard rails, or foot wells, to keep the washer in place. Because the doors on front loading washers are often nearly to the floor, there is a strong market for a sturdy, well built platform to raise front loading washers --- a platform which doesn't cost the exorbitant price the washing machine manufacturer charges for a "drawer."
