    • Decent Timer But Not What I Wanted

So I will add a caveat to the beginning of this, which is that I know other people who have this exact timer, and it does exactly what I was hoping for. After going back and forth with customer service, I somehow just received 2 glitchy timers in a row, so I'm giving up. I do CrossFit style workouts, and what I was really looking for was a basic readable gym timer for my garage that would have a 10 second countdown to begin a workout like I was used to in a normal CrossFit gym environment. The 10 second countdown only seems to work in the EMOM, TABATA, and FGB modes. It does NOT work in Stopwatch, Count Up, or Count Down modes. Count Up and Count Down are the two areas where I really wanted the countdown function, so I'll be returning this timer. Like I said above, I know other people who have this exact timer, and the 10 second countdown DOES work in Count Up and Count Down. But it did not work for my original timer or the replacement that the manufacturer sent (they first told me it was a glitch, and now they are telling me the 10 second function doesn't work with Count Up or Count Down - not sure why they sent a replacement in the first place then). I love this clock. I’ve even unplugged it by accident overnight, plugged it back in and it kept the time. The only thing I wish was different is the stop watch feature which is what I bought this for restarts counting Al when I reaches 100min and there is nothing marking that it rolled over. So if your not watching it you miss it. I bought this for my tattoo studio because we charge an hourly rate, so we aren’t always able to see when it rolls over… and depending on the client positioning they don’t always see it either. ... show more

I bought this product in September 2022. Everything was working fine until yesterday when it just stopped working. Tried everything to fix. Unplugged and plugged in. Switched wall outlets. Switched batteries in the remote. It just won't turn on anymore. I just sent Seesii a support email. Requested a refund or replacement. Waiting to see response. 3/22/23 - Update: Contacted the seller and received a reply withing 24 hours. Just received a replacement today in less than a week. Everything working fine. I was happy with performance before device stopped working. Now happy with the prompt customer service. ... show more
