This is the second tool from SEESII after their long reach ratchet and I am very satisfied with both, they sell good stuff. I used the foam pad to compound polish a car and then a bonnet to wax it and it performed very well. If it's the kind of tool you need, this one works great. It has a little thumb wheel with six speeds but I never went above 4. Use number one when you start out so it doesn't sling liquid around and then work your way up. There is a simple trigger lock to keep it going if you need without holding the trigger. If you get on to any plastic parts like lights or bumpers , be very careful it doesn't smear the plastic or tear the paint off and don't go above speed one.

for the price you can beat this Sees Car Buffer .. the power is great ! I sanded a table I am working on to refinish and it came out perfect and smooth .. great value for your money for sure , was very easy to use .. I have only used it once but plan on using the the buffer on the stone pillars after I refinish the marble ... love having two kind of handles .

Like this polisher alot Light weight and powerful I run mine on low speed for polishing and it works great Accessories are everything I need to do wet sanding and paint repair as well as polish and wax Would buy again for sure Great value

ok is it hefty? yes. Does it work? yes. Does it have a nice long rubbery wire protector? yes. By the way, that's the thicker base where the wire meets the tool, that protects against sharp bends, that can expose the wires inside the cable. There are two schools of thought with polishers.....On one side, you have those who like to use a wheel to lock in the speed, and just go at that speed. Others like the variable trigger. This is the former. This is not a dewalt. This does not go from snail to 3500. It starts a bit higher than that. If you need a low low low speed, this won't be for you. The size is comparable, the weight is also manageable. It cannot be too light, and it does need to absorb the vibration. You also want weight, as a good weight is all you need to put on the surface you're polishing. The flexibility with the handles is also quite useful. The noise is sufficient. it isn't whiny and cheap, as the motor seems pretty solid, and offers plenty of power. My only problem is that the wheel is a little wobbly on the vertical, and that's a justifiable concern, because you want even pressure. I tool off a star for that. The velcro does allow for easy switching between pads, which is nice, and does come standard on many polishers. Most of you looking for a polisher will find this does the job just fine, and the 50 dollar price tag at time of this review is a fraction of the 200 you will spend on a dewalt, If you don't need the lower RPMs, go for this one. Most car owners who buy this for polishing, use the random orbiter for the low speed work, and the polisher for the high speed anyways. I recommend this product for the purposes above.
