I'm an adult male, average build, 5'10" tall. The medium glove is just a hair on the small side for my hand but perfectly sufficient. I haven't tried the large, but if you have bigger hands, I'd go that route. The medium fits my wife's hand perfectly, and size small fits our 10 year old daughter's hand perfectly as well. Fits really well and the breathable fabric keeps my hand from sweating like a blind lesbian in a fish market. It's pretty flexible and I really like the little cord thing that helps pull it snuggly into my fingers. It's got leather or pleather across the fingers and seems like it can withstand a beating. Really like the light weight of these gloves. They are easy to put on and comfortable to wear for a long period of time and provide just the right amount of support. Also, like the gloves have a small loop convenient to hang up next to my bow.

The first dozen or so shots were a bit painful, but they wear in and become sorta comfortable. After the break in period the pain from string release is marginally noticeable but tolerable.
