So far the chains have worked out well for my snow blower tires. I wasn't able to get the blower thru snow over uneven dirt terrain and up a steep driveway before, but now I can with a bit of effort. One did come off the first time used so I'm glad I bought a tensioner that was put on when I received it. Chains are very heavy and sizing fit perfectly. They were delivered on time(actually earlier than expected). I'm hoping they last thru future new england snow storms. Was glad to also get them at a good (discounted) price. So yes, I would recommend.

These do exactly what I had hoped they would do, provide traction to my Ariens 26 inch classic. I was a little confused on how to put them on, but I watched a few YouTube videos and waited for a day that was sunny. Today was the day and they went on quite easily. After I was happy with the tightness of the install, I did the driveway with the extra links swinging around, so I do need to get a bolt cutter to cut them off as the sound is getting annoying and it’s probably not good to have them flopping. Overall, I am happy with these and I hope they last as long as the snowblower does.

We had a heavy wet snow of about 6 inches and my Craftsman Snow Blower tires kept slipping making it much harder to navigate. Trying to clear the ridge made by the snowplow required shoveling (I'm 69 years old), time to try adding chains to the wheels. I read the reviews, measured my tires and ordered these as they were the ones that came closest to my size and were reasonably priced. Just to be sure, I also ordered the rubber chain tightener that some reviews suggested. When they both arrived (on time as promised), my son and I started the installation. I let the air out of the tires (as I had read was helpful.) The chains were too big. I used my handy dandy bolt cutter to remove the links of one cross chain and that made it fit. When we reinflated the tires, the chain tightener was not needed, the chains fit snugly. The whole process took less than a half hour. Unfortunately, we have not had any significant snowfall since we installed the chains so I can't tell how much better my snow blower works by adding them. The four star review is for the ease of installation. When and if we get enough snow to use the blower, I'll update this review.

I purchased these chains for my snowblower. The description specifically states that it fits my 15x5.00x6 tires. They do not. They are far too loose even after snugging up 4 links and past a cross chain.

Ordered to fit my John Deere gt275 rear tires - 23” x 10.5” x 12”. Qty was listed as 1 - so I ordered 2 thinking it was just one tire chain which made sense because it was about half price of the more popular chains that came as pairs. I chose this one because it was the only one that had a 2 day delivery time. Ordered 2 and it showed up as 2 pairs. I haven’t installed any chains before but was super easy and I also ordered the rubber tensioners which went on very easy also, but I doubt I actually needed them.

Excellent fit on my Ryobi 22" snowblower. Installation on the first tire was a little difficult, but the second one was a breeze. I learned what to pay attention to. The chain must be arranged so the cross sections do not get caught in the tracks of the tire, so you get the full length when connecting the ends. This way it can be connected in the third end-link, and you'll get a nice snug fit. To make the connection I had to use two pliers, and it took a good amount of force. Bottom line is I am very satisfied with this purchase.

If you have a snow type tire on your snow blower the chains will sit in between the high spots of the tread effectively eliminating their intended purpose. Look like they would work great on a non snow tread tire. Also, the size is pretty big even though stated that they will fit a 10x6x6 tire size, links would likely have to be removed.
