I really love this idea for me. There is a clear picture. The alerts are on time. Has great features and easy installation. I just wish there was an option on the app to turn the camera on and off. I don't want it running all the time. The plugging and unplugging seems to be the only way to turn it off.

This camera is the best purchase I’ve made on Amazon. Such great value. I’m honestly impressed by the quality of this product considering the price. We bought for the purpose of being able to check in on our cats and to make sure nobody was entering our apartment without our permission. It was very easy to set up. All you have to do is download the app, plug the camera in, and pair the camera to the app. The camera even has a slot for an SD card if you want recorded playback, but it’s not entirely necessary— the app will take pictures for you when motion is detected! The camera itself is super fast and prompt, and even has HDR and night vision options. There’s a microphone so you can speak thru the camera, options for motion detection, and you have the ability to physically move the camera from the app which is freaking awesome. 11/10. Seriously. For how affordable this was, I don’t know why everyone doesn’t have one! This gave us great peace of mind while traveling and at work to be able to check on our cats and make sure nobody is coming into our apartment without our consent.

The whole reason I purchased this particular camera is that it advertised that I could connect at 5GHz. I attempted to connect through the 5 GHz and it repeatedly failed on the final step for connection. Contacted their customer support who told me to go on my router and change it to 2.4 GHz and they hoped it would connect. Well, I did that, and it did in fact connect. But when I used their advice and changed it to 2.4 GHz, it completely wiped my router 5 GHz setting, and I no longer had a router admin page to correct it back to the 5GHz. Contacted them out on their support (which you can only contact through text message) to fix the error that they committed, and they told me to contact the router company because they could not fix it and supposedly, they could not find in their chat history where they told me to do that. Advised them that they suggested I make that change so they needed to fix their error. At that point they turned off the capabilities of chat. I attempted to call the telephone number listed in the little book for customer support and received a recording that the wireless subscriber is turned off. I then had to pay the router company $100.00 and 3.5 hours of their time and mine to fix their suggestion. It does not connect at 5GHz as it states it should and their customer support will completely mess up your router settings if you listen to their advice. I will never buy another product from these people. It not only cost me the amount for the camera, then I had to shell out another $100.00 to fix their mistake. They refused my suggestion that they reimburse me for the $100.00 I was having to spend to fix their mistake. Their equipment does not connect the way that they advertise, their customer service will turn off their help to you if they do not like what you are saying, they will not provide you with a actual phone number to contact the office. If you like to gamble this companies' product is for you. I would suggest you buy somewhere else for your camera needs. Especially if you are not technology savvy.

This camera was so easy to set up! I use this camera to watch my downstairs and keep an eye on my cats. It also works great for my streams and shows them off to my viewers. I plan to get another one since they work so good and can be connected in the app with easy switching. The mic is great! my cats love to hear me when I am away and can easily check on them when I am not home. Wonderful product and great price! 10/10
