We love our mama mia sectional sofa cover. My mother wants me to order two for her after seeing ours. It is very easy to put on and the puckered fabric is soft, and very comfortable. I've been falling asleep on it. We purchased the gray and just love it. After years of using a cover that just slipped and bunched up all the time, it feels like true luxury. We have always tried to keep our couch covered because of pets so our couch is in good condition, but I don't feel like I need to take it off for company. The only bit of humbug is the white elastic straps that are clipped on underneath near the corner of the L section to keep it from ballooning out. Our couch is pretty small and so the straps are too big, but I tied a couple of knots in them to shorten them and they are fine.

The cover is highly prone to breaks in the elastic. After having the cover on the sofa for one month there were so many elastic threads that had broken and popped through on the charcoal background I had to remove it as the cover was then unsightly. I tried to return it but the 30 days ran out on July 4th and it was July 5th so Amazon wouldn’t return it. I tried to return through Mama Mia. They sent me responses initially asking for pictures which I sent. When I demanded they take back this $200.00 cover that was falling apart After 30 days they stoped answering my emails. I spent the $200.00 on it because I thought it would be both nice looking and hold up. It failed me on both counts. Buyer beware I guess.

This is precisely what we needed! We have cats and bought a new sofa. One of our cats shreds couches. She has tried to shred the cover but hasn’t succeeded in getting to the sofa. It looks great too! At first we thought we would pull it off every time someone came over. Now we leave it on.

Out of the bag the material is very soft and has an off-putting smell, which will probably disappear over time. The right wing side has alot of elastic fibers sticking out (looks like pulls in the material). I thought they would pull in once stretched to fit, they didn't. The straps do not have adjustable buckles to shorten the length. So, I had to run the straps diagonally to use up the excess. For my couch there aren't enough cardboard inserts. I resorted to using 3/8" plastic tubing and the cardboard on top. This worked well, because the tubing fit perfectly between the the upper and lower structure of the couch and the cardboard keeps the needed down pressure to hold it firmly in place. The material stretched out perfectly. However, there's a bit of excess material at the front of the couch. To take up the excess I rolled the material up clipping the elastic bands away from the edge. Doing this allowed the material to pull tighter and off of the floor. Essentially, the excess is under the couch out of sight.. As far as, how easy it will be to clean remains to be evaluated. It looks good, the actual color is slightly lighter from the pictures. The material appears to be well made minus the visible fiber pulls and color deviation. Overall I'm excited to see how this product performs with pets.

I've purchased this product twice: The product quality of the first purchase was great and it lasted a long time (about 18 months), despite how many times it went through the wash. I just purchased it again in December 2020 and the quality is absolutely horrible. It shrunk quite a bit after the first wash, which I didn't have a problem with the first time. It looks "stretched" now, instead of "well fit", which makes it look cheap. And there are elastic strings that keep revealing themselves every other day, which also makes the product look cheap. I'm not sure if I just got a "dud" with this second purchase, or if the quality of manufacturing has diminished that much over the past 18 months. Prior to the most recent purchase, I would have given it a 4 (or 5) star rating. I would give my current purchase a 1 star rating. I'm undecided if I want to purchase again and give it another chance.

Bought this to cover a beat up couch and protect it from girlfriend's dog. The texture is...odd...but not unpleasant. The cardboard anchors that are included are ridiculous. They popped out in seconds. Considered making a faceted 2x4 to slip into the space under the cushions to lend a couch shape to the whole affair, but in the end have become fond of the amorphous mass that the couch has become. Like a structurally sound beanbag. Despite the texture, it sheds dog hair brilliantly. Laundered up nicely as well. The couch is now the favorite chair in the room.

I love the feel and look! It was fast and easy to put on. The cardboard folds down into a wedge to hold the tucked in parts in place. I wish I could find this for my large sectional. I’m very impressed with it. Although the under the couch stretchy cord to hold in place broke. So I improvised. Works great.
